Balancing work and study can be a tough act, but Study4Pass did a pretty good job fitting into my learning style, which is admittedly more hands-on and pragmatic. I work best with real-world scenarios and their practice materials were spot on, especially the detailed ITIL service value system questions. I spent weekend mornings going through their practice exams, which helped me understand tricky multiple-choice formats—super helpful for getting into the rhythm of the test itself. Of course, not everything was a breeze. I found myself wrestling with the whole lifecycle continuity, but the clarity of their explanations eventually got me through.
